About the Event
This is a brand new original class, designed around strengthening areas of the body that are typically weak and lengthening areas that are typically tight. Expect a practice that combines different styles of yoga with active release techniques using Yoga Therapy Balls. This is basically a workout, deep tissue massage and mindfulness practice crammed into one 75 minute session!
Due to the social distancing rules, this will be a small group class with only 5 places available. They'll be the option of grabbing a sunset drink at the river afterwards too.
