About the Event
This is a Yoga Evolved original class created by Jamie Rylett. The class will explore the slower side of practice. Expect to use Yoga Tune Up Balls (balls supplied) to explore some of Jill Millers 'Roll Method' active release techiques. The class will also include restorative and Yin poses combined with some mediative gentle movement with breath. This is the perfect class for anyone looking to wind down, de-stress or just work on restoring full range of movement to stiff areas of the body.
Of course they'll be the option of grabbing food and drinks afterwards too!
